My 10 year old son loves pasta. He also loves chicken so I decided to explore recipes I thought he would enjoy. The first time I made this recipe, he told me it was the best pasta he had ever had. Hmmm……sometimes the best things in life really are simple. Go figure!

Instructions:
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 1/2 Sweet Onion
- 5-6 Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 Cloves Garrlic
- 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- Bowtie Pasta Noodles
- 1/2 Cup of Half & Half
- 2 Tablespoons of Salted Butter
- Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Cook the chicken in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Once cooked, let it cool.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles. Meanwhile, mince the garlic and chop the onion. Add them to a large skillet on medium heat with olive oil. Once in the skillet, start chopping the chicken into bite sized pieces. After the onion becomes translucent, add the chopped chicken. Give it a couple minutes before you add butter, halved cherry tomatoes, and half and half. Be sure to turn the head down to medium/low so the half and half doesn’t cook too quickly. After 2 minutes, add the parmesan cheese and continue stirring until melted.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and place it in a large bowl.
The final step and most rewarding is to add the chicken concoction to the pasta and stir. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
