A simple and light breakfast is always a wonderful way to start the day. As a result, I started making avocado toast and found ways to make it fancy without much effort.

Ingredients:
- 1 Avocado
- 6 slices of good bread
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- Fetta or crumbled goat cheese
Directions:
Lightly toast the bread. Meanwhile, cut the avocado in half and dice into small chunks. When the toast is done, add it to the top of the toast. Sprinkle a little salt over the top of the avocado. Add fetta or goat cheese crumbles to the top.
Optional:
Sprinkle a little fennel over the top of the cheese. Doing so can make it look a little more aesthetically appealing and add additional flavor.
